As the Poker World Series gets underway in Las Vegas this week top player Phil Ivey is not a happy camper.
In fact he has filed a lawsuit against sponsers Full Tilt over what he alleges as non payment of 150 million dollars to players by the company and is boycotting the tournament as a result.
Ivey's website carries the quote "I am not playing in the World Series of Poker as I do not believe it is fair that I compete when others cannot."
Full Tilt meanwhile have hit back saying they have "doubts Mr. Ivey's frivolous and self-serving lawsuit will ever get to court."
Placed 8th in the World Series Of Poker rankings and winning 6 bracelets and over 5.6 million dollars Ivey has a lot of support behind him as can be seen on Facebook.
